La petite maison vous accueille chaleureusement. Nous louons exclusivement à deux (max. trois) personnes, elle n'est pas adaptée aux petits enfants ou aux chiens (escalier raide, "ouvertures de fenêtre" basses ).

Dans la maison, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour la vie quotidienne, vaisselle, casseroles, machine à café, cuisinière à gaz avec four électrique, machine à laver. Une télévision avec magnétoscope, une radio avec lecteur CD (Bluetooth et USB) se trouvent dans la maison, ainsi qu'un routeur WLAN que vous pouvez activer si vous le souhaitez.

Vous trouverez sur notre page d'accueil des photos en partie encore anciennes. Entre-temps, quelques travaux ont encore été effectués, les murs du salon ont été peints, la porte donnant sur la terrasse est remplacée en juin 2024 et quelques meubles supplémentaires ont été achetés. Dans la chambre à coucher, il y a maintenant un lit et deux petites tables de nuit avec des lampes. Pour les fenêtres de la chambre, nous avons des moustiquaires dans un cadre amovible, ce qui permet d'ouvrir les volets. La maison se trouve au centre du village de Lauzun, tous les commerces sont donc accessibles à pied.

The small house welcomes you warmly. We only rent to two (max. three) persons, it is not suitable for small children or dogs (steep stairs, low inside "window openings").

In the house you will find everything you need for daily life, crockery, pots and pans, coffee machine, gas cooker with electric oven, washing machine. A TV with video recorder, a radio with CD player (Bluetooth and USB) are in the house, as well as a WLAN router, which you can activate if required.

You will find some older photos on our homepage, in the meantime some work has been carried out, the walls in the living room have been painted, the door to the terrace was replaced in june 2024 and some additional furniture has been purchased. In the bedroom there is now a bed and two small bedside tables with lamps. The windows in the bedroom have fly screens in removable frames so that the shutters can be opened. The house is located in the centre of Lauzun, so all shops are within walking distance.

Das kleine Haus heisst Sie herzlich willkommen. Wir vermieten ausschliesslich an zwei (max. drei) Personen, es ist nicht für kleine Kinder oder Hunde geeignet (steile Treppe, niedrige "Fensteröffnungen" ).

Im Haus gibt es alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt, Geschirr, Töpfe, Kaffeemaschine, Gasherd mit Elektro-Backofen,  Waschmaschine. Ein Fernseher mit Videorecorder, ein Radio mit CD-spieler (Bluetooth und USB) befinden sich im Haus, ebenso wie ein WLAN-Router, den Sie bei Bedarf aktivieren können.

Sie finden auf unserer Homepage teilweise noch ältere Fotos, mittlerweile wurden noch ein paar Arbeiten durchgeführt, die Wände im Wohnzimmer wurden gestrichen, die Türe zur Terrasse wurde im Juni 2024 ausgetauscht und ein paar zusätzliche Möbel wurden angeschafft. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich jetzt ein Bett und zwei kleine Nachttische mit Lampen. Für die Fenster im Schlafzimmer haben wir Fliegengitter im herausnehmbaren Rahmen,  so dass die Fensterläden geöffnet werden können. Das Haus befindet sich im Ortskern von Lauzun, daher sind alle Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen.
